I'm not from Denmark, some of my ancestors are, but if you want to work at the closest McDonald's to being a McDonald's in Heaven, go to work at a Danish McDonald's. Preferably work on getting a student work visa first, though.
Most Danes speak fluent English like anywhere in the Nordics, but you still ought to learn Danish regardless.
