As budgets improve, actors / actresses dressed up in debt collectors' uniforms (business-casual attire with name tags indicating they're working for a fictional debt company) are to sing the lyrics while wearing a headset typically seen at a collections call center.

Replace the line "A dream is a wish your heart makes" with "Your bill's been sent to collections."

This contrafactum is to go over what wage garnishments are, what happens in order to cause them, and etc. about them.
Instrumentation may need to be updated to sound contemporary, like modern pop.

Slideshows and videos pertaining at all to wage garnishments are to be shown in the music vid.
