What would happen if a Neopets player who happens to live near the Neopets Corporate Offices of Gardena, California, physically paid them a visit in order to submit some kind of complaint or grievance?
Their address is 500 W 190th St Suite 300, Gardena, CA 90248 so if a player lived within a reasonable distance, what would happen if they paid TNT's office a physical visit for any reason?
Let's say a child player got their account frozen because a Neo-bully manipulated said child victim into committing an action that turned out to be a freezable offense on Neopets, unbeknownst to the child. Then either or both parents brings their child to the offices of Neopets, Inc. so that their child can explain their side of the story to a TNT mod face-to-face or the parents explain for them.
And they choose a physical visitation over submitting an appeal form because they're more likely to win over the sympathy of any TNT mod by having the cute child show up to beg them to reverse the account freeze.
Has this happened before? How do TNT employees receive face-to-face visits from the Neopets-playing public?
