What Android AI music generating app will make a song from 1916 sound "modernized" like it was made for its 100th anniversary in 2016?

I'd like to paste a link to this 1916 ditty onto an AI music app. Title is "On The Old Back Seat Of The Henry Ford."

Then I'd like to give it this prompt:

"Make a modern-sounding version of this song that sounds like the most popular pop music made in 2016, as if this old 1916 song was remade for its 100th anniversary."

Then I'd hear the same tune with very modern instrumentation and a modern-sounding voice of what a young adult singer would've sounded like singing a hit pop song from 2016.

I have some old and low quality demos that I’d love to see if AI can revamp, clean up and modernize but I haven’t yet found an app that can do it, sadly.
