One of my spare foldable disposable drink carriers. Stayed in the footwell of the front passenger side for a long time. Should I put a customer's drinks in there and give it away, or just trash it? How would you react to seeing it in this condition?

What even is it? Looks like dried smeared mud. I would just wipe it with my hand and then wash my hand afterwards.
