How would it look to employers if Ninja Egg Salad (his real name) submitted his resume with that name?

Here is his ID: https://www.reddit.com/r/tragedeigh/s/5q9rZCzj9w

How would HR / managers who receive job applications and resumes respond to Ninja Egg Salad's?

Would you advise him to legally change his name to something that sounds normal? Or what would you do about it if you received his resume?

We definitely cannot give that kind of legal advice as a potential employer.

I would definitely think this application was a joke, but it would certainly catch my attention.

I would hope he applies under a pseudonym with his legal name included to give himself his best fighting chance.

To be completely honest, if they really were a fit, I might reach out to them just to verify the name and see where the conversation goes from there.

Oh, you'd 100% get an interview with me. Probably wouldn't get the job, but I'm not letting that name come across my desk and not at least getting a laugh about it.
