How would HR / managers who receive job applications and resumes respond to Ninja Egg Salad's?

Would you advise him to legally change his name to something that sounds normal? Or what would you do about it?

Just don’t put your real name on the app or your resume. Then, once you get the job, inform them that you don’t go by your legal name and when you tell them why, they will 10000% understand
