Customers: If you were waiting on the side of your street in front of your place, and your Dasher showed up with the windows down to where you could hear and see them playing a video on their phone while driving, what would your reactions be?

If you were able to figure out from visual and auditory clues that your Dasher plays videos on their phone WHILE they drive, how would you react to that discovery?

If you confront them about it, what if they say they only listen to the video while they look at the road, and only glance at the screen when it's safe to do so, such as when there's little-to-no traffic on a straight road, when they're stopped at a red light, and when they're parked?

I would go eat my food and not think about what the driver is watching or listening to. They aren't your kid, or your responsibility. How would YOU react?

I wouldn’t get in the car and would cancel the ride

Oops, lol! I didn’t catch it was DoorDash. I’d think the driver was irresponsible and would refuse the food. They were probably eating my fries, driving, and watching a movie on the way. Seriously, I don’t order with DoorDash.
