Does the newest civ game have named Great Barbarians / Barbarian Leaders yet?

Does the newest civ game have named Great Barbarians / Barbarian Leaders yet?

Examples of what I know to be Barbarian leaders / Great Barbs in various time-periods:

Ancient times: (Leader of the Scythians; wouldn't know their name. Edit: Ateas, according to Google.)

Classical period: Attila The Hun

Medieval period: Tamerlane

Industrial period: Maximilian Robespierre (of the French Rev's Reign of Terror)

Modern period: Osama Bin Laden

If we do have named barbarians, can I see a full list of them from the latest Civ game, please?

If we don't, why wouldn't we have the named Great Barbarian figures like how we had the named Great People?

There are neither barbarians nor great people in civ 7, also barbarians are so much different from terrorists. Terrorists attack civilians and spread fear to make other governments do things. Barbarians were random tribe people mostly from steppes who attacked established empires to have a better life and to loot. This post does not make a lot of sense even without the Osama Bin Laden. I don’t even understand what this great person thing would mean
