Idk if they can directly detect usage but they don't even like it on your phone I got warned for mine when I had it installed for a unrelated game.
My question though is how is a autoclicker going to close the ad?

They can probably detect third party programs when data is sent to their servers. If everything was local they shouldn’t, but the game is not
Yup they can detect it and it will get you banned
Have no clue, hell they had an auto clicker app in the Atlas Arcade for download at one time so wonder if people got banned for downloading it.
