Whereas putting new lyrics to an already-existing tune is called making a parody or contrafactum, what is putting already-existing lyrics to a new tune called?

As shown in the SoundCloud link below, the lyrics to 16 Tons had already been made decades ago, but I decided to re-assign it a new tune. The tune is from "Lum No Love Song" by Urusei Yatsura, who composed the soundtrack to some old anime from the early '80s whose name escapes me at the moment. I wondered how "16 Tons" would sound if done by an anime soundtrack composer, so I recorded what I thought it would sound like if it was made that way:

Is it called a "re-tuning" when an old set of lyrics is assigned a new tune? Or is it called a "tune reassignment?"

If neither, what is it called then?
