You know those businesses that set up tents for events? That's the best he can do right now when it comes to "concentration camps". And it's for migrants/asylum seekers. I don't know what the timeline will be for "the home-growns" he keeps talking about, but it hasn't happened yet. He's having too much fun playing chicken with the SCOTUS.
