How do I make my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 show time and other statistics again? It's giving me blank watchfaces these days.

Help

My smartwatch, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, stopped displaying the time and other statistics. I already tried changing the watchface on the Facer App. It's still showing a blank watchface. The December 2024 update is still the latest update.

So how do I resolve this bug and make it work as intended again? Or am I better off just upgrading to a Galaxy Watch 7?

Have you tried non Facer watchfaces? Could be the app. Try a standalone.

Try this.. switch to the default watchface.. the ones by samsung.. restart the watch and then apply a custom one..

Since I didn't remember how to restart my smartwatch, and haven't done so in a long time, I had to ask Google how to restart the Samsung Galaxy watch 4, so I followed its directions, and now, several minutes later, the watch is back on again, and now it shows the time and the step count again. However, my heart rate appears to be zero and I'm not sure why.

Heartrate is probably because of permissions. Turn them back on.

Maybe you should give permissions to use sensors again ? It's sometimes the problem.
