It’s all the dead skin built up on your heels. It could be trapping some dirt, or just discoloration of old skin. Either way, you need to exfoliate them pups.

do you wash every inch of your external body with soap and scrub it with e.g. exfoliating gloves? if not start doing so + moisturising your body immediately after exiting the shower while you are still damp

You may need to scrub and exfoliate them regularly. Then you can moisturise them immediately after bathing or showering. And then at least once or twice a week you can soak and scrub them thoroughly like a home spa. I hope this helps

I have to scrub my feet bottoms with a pomace (sp) stone but can be found guilty of doing farm chores in thongs

Get a pumice stone and 40% urea cream, or one of those foot peel treatments that make you shed like a snake

I scrub them too. But not with an exfoliator. I'll have to get that soon.

Buy a pumice stone and scrub your feet like you are grating cheese. Dirt gets embedded into the callouses on the feet and just soap does not remove it. You need to scrape
