What would happen if someone sailed a yacht named the "Sue Cabal Yacht" into a Russian port?

How would the Russians react to the yacht's name?

this.

we don't read English, mostly. Pilots and harbour dispatchers do but I think they're too busy to laugh for too long

Even if someone decides to call a ship "Your Bunny" most probably no one will care and will forget it after some laughing

Is there any reason to react to this name?

Not a word. It means nothing in Russian. Nothing would happen.

Read it quickly.

The English pun will probably go over the heads of Russian port authorities.  So, nothing will happen.

Besides Sue sounds different in British English most Russians familiar with.

I can imagine someone being very upset about it but general public will not mind at all
