If I handed you the order and business card personally?

I would keep note of where they live and go back the next day or when you’re in the area. No harm in self promotion and making extra money.

I expect people will have dogs. I also expect not every one follows behind them each trip to clean up after them. Therefore, I check out the ground as I walk in case of such situations.

I think it’s a good way to promote yourself. The customer ain’t gonna feel embarrassed when everyone can clearly see their yard full of crap, and they shouldn’t be bothered by a little marketing either.
