It's funny how people make assumptions without knowing (or purposely ignoring) all the facts.

This comes up every now and then. Here's the full but TL;DR version:

Rainbow Ultra spent an obscene amount of money on AB.
Rainbow Ultra spoofed when Canada was released to become prime minister.
Rainbow Ultra was caught.
His account was banned.
He lost everything on his account. (All the AB he spent money on. All the ad watch for AB, legit passport badges that weren't from spoofing, mini game wins, AMP, etc)
Atlas Reality offered him a deal: if he gave them all the details of how he did it, they would allow him to create a 2nd, brand new, account and give him the number of AB that he actually paid $$ for. They did not give him any of the free AB he got through means other than direct purchase.
AR used this information to beef up their anti-cheat detection to make the game more fair for everyone.
Rainbow Ultra actually did pay for trips back to Canada to go on a buying spree in-person (with video evidence, because he knew people would accuse him of spoofing)
He did the same thing for UK.
People can't fathom someone who is well off spending more money than they make in a year just to travel for a mobile game, so naturally they need to accuse him of spoofing again.
