How does RIF still "remember" my starred subreddits from my old account even after I logged off, cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled the rif app, and reinstalled the same app?

When I logged out of that old account for that final time, reddit is fun still remembered my starred subreddits. Then I deleted that app's cache and data. Then I uninstalled reddit is fun.

After reinstalling reddit is fun, I discovered that the same subreddits still had a star next to them. They were very specific subreddits that I had a particular interest in.

How does reddit is fun still remember my preferred subreddits even after deleting the cache and data and reinstalling the app? That is creeping me out, so I would prefer to know as soon as possible.

I wanted to start fresh under a brand new account through that app, making me look like a brand new person using the reddit is fun app, but it is still remembering something about my old preferences, no matter what I delete about the app and do to the app.
