- This contrafactum is to go over how cities may become permanently flooded in the future thanks to the sea-level rise caused by global warming and melting polar caps.
- This tune was thought of when I saw a scene from the Kurt Russell movie "Escape from LA" that showed a broken freeway drop into the bay that turned Los Angeles into an island after a major 9.6 earthquake. So the area around Los Angeles became permanently flooded by the events of that film.
