To all hiring managers of r/Wendys: If a job applicant asks during an interview "Will Wendy's be just as miserable to work at like how (their previous fast food employer) was?," How would you respond to that?

Will you bother to explain how their work experience will be different at your workplace?

Or will you say "Yes, so I'm afraid you may not be a fit for any fast-food establishments?"

I'm not a kitchen manager at Wendy's, but I did manage many kitchens over my career. I would probably end up asking some more questions about why you felt the way you did about the last job. But it is a red flag for a manager.

As the other comment said, definitely a red flag for a manager, they want a sheep, not someone who can properly examine the reasons their life hurts. I would imagine my manager when I worked at Wendy's years ago would have basically ended the interview politely.
